Glenvale was farming and grazing country from the mid-nineteenth century, then grew rapidly from the early 1990s; between the 2016 and 2021 Censuses its population rose from 6,353 to 8,120. Most of its homes are separate houses with three or four bedrooms. Care Technical Services supplies, installs and maintains ducted, split and multi split air conditioning there, along with Temprite units, for homes and local businesses.

Homes from a period of rapid development raise different questions from those in the inner suburbs. The wiring is likely to be newer, but the system that came with the house may not suit the way a family now uses it. We assess whether the existing system is the right size, service it properly, and where it falls short, recommend and install a system that suits the house. Every recommendation comes with a quote first.
At the 2021 Census, 43.7% of Glenvale's 2,964 occupied dwellings had four or more bedrooms and another 43.8% had three, with a median resident age of 33. Large, busy households run their systems hard, so we pay as much attention to servicing and repairs as to new installs.

Advice on settings, servicing and system choice to help a system work efficiently.

Glenvale is a semi-rural residential locality, first settled for farming and grazing. Glenvale State School opened in 1882 and its original building is still used as the Resource Centre. Since 1985 the suburb has hosted the 245-acre Toowoomba Showgrounds, home of the annual Toowoomba Show each March and the Clive Berghofer Events Centre.
The Bureau of Meteorology's Toowoomba Airport averages show a mean January maximum of 28.4°C and a mean July maximum of just 16.7°C. That swing means a Glenvale system earns its keep in both seasons, and one that heats and cools a whole house needs its filters and coils kept clean.
Homes built in a busy period of development can bring their own patterns: outdoor units placed wherever there was room, and systems that may have been sized before the household grew. We check placement, airflow and capacity before suggesting any change.
Outside Glenvale, we bring the same air conditioning installs and servicing to the suburbs below. Call 0434 111 450 or email admin@caretechnicalservices.com.au to book.
Sometimes it is and sometimes it is not. We look at the rooms it serves, how the household uses them and how the system performs, then give you an honest recommendation.
